Man Arrested For Impersonating Missy 'Misdemeanor' Elliott

Nineteen-year-old Dustin Wilkins of Virginia was fined $500 Thursday for impersonating rap diva Missy 'Misdemeanor' Elliott on the phone, according to The Associated Press report. A complaint was filed against Elliott following one of the calls, during which a threat was made against Wilkins' former employer. That complaint has been dismissed.
